Day in, Day out.

It’s not a secret. Ask anyone who’s ever had success in business. It doesn’t happen overnight. Sure, there’s the occasional “lucky break”. For the most part, anyone who’s built a strong business has put in countless hours, days, weeks, months and years of work. It happens for everyone at different time.  Some people get there faster.  Some people get there slower, and some quit before they ever get there.

With phones, cell phones and internet, there are more opportunities than any other time in history. The Web has created millions of them.  It’s only a “down” economy if you let it be.  Many people are thriving right now – but they aren’t sitting around complaining, they are working hard every day.

According to Malcolm Gladwell, in his book “Outliers”, the average professional in any category had one consistent thing in common: 10,000 hours. Natural talent didn’t come into play much when all people in the same profession/sport/business had 10,000 hours. Interesting.  Hard work CAN actually pay off! Great book, also in my Recommended reading list.

So what is the message?  Work hard, every day.  Day in, Day out.  Stay consistent.  Find an accountability partner.  I set up an Accountability page on FaceBook.  Please join up and share with others. To visit the page Click here.

Thank you for stopping by and I wish you much success!
