Ok, Weekends are hard. I worked all weekend, so I got the meetings out of the way. Only excercised for 15 minutes yesterday – UNACCEPTABLE! This is my biggest area that I am in need for accountability. Exercise – once I’m doing it, I love it – It’s the starting part I’m not great at.
I am reading every night – at least 20 minutes, so doing good there, too.
Didn’t make church Sunday – had a booth for business, which I sat at all day.
Yelled at my kids today and argued with my husband
Tomorrow will be a better day – I will be a better person – I will have a good attitude – I will do the things I need to do.
All work and no play, no exercise and lots of stress is wearing on me. I need more balance. My goal for the week is balance.
