I worked all day…lots of meetings. Did all of my reading, didn’t yell at my kids. Went to the chiropractor (I was rear-ended 7 weeks ago and have awful back and neck pain). Did not yell at my kids (yeah!)
Had some great meetings, made some great connections that will soon be very valued business partners. Did not work out…no shock there.
I really need to work out every day…not only for weight, but to strengthen my back and neck, keep in shape and feel better…any suggestions on how to keep this in my schedule??
